1. Business Relationship

1.1 Wholesale Only: Hind NX operates exclusively as a wholesale supplier. We do not sell to end consumers. All customers must provide valid business documentation (GST registration, shop establishment certificate, or reseller permit).

1.2 Eligibility: By placing an order, you confirm you are a registered business entity authorized to purchase goods for resale. We reserve the right to verify business credentials and reject orders from non-qualified buyers.

1.3 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

2. Orders & Pricing

2.1 Order Placement: Orders may be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or during video call shopping sessions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.2 Minimum Order Value (MOV): Wholesale orders must meet the minimum order value specified on product pages or communicated during video calls. Orders below MOV will not be processed.

2.3 Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice; confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.

2.4 Product Variations: Jewellery and cosmetics may have slight color/design variations due to manufacturing processes and screen settings. We strive to represent products accurately during video calls.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods: We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS, credit/debit cards, and select digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select customers based on order history.

3.2 Payment Schedule:

New customers: 100% advance payment
Established customers: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch (or as per credit terms agreed)

3.3 Payment Confirmation: Orders are processed only after payment clearance. Delays in payment may result in stock unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 All-India Service: We deliver across India through reputed courier partners. Delivery timelines vary by location (typically 3-7 business days for metro cities, 5-10 days for remote areas).

4.2 Shipping Charges: Calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. Free shipping may apply for orders above specified thresholds.

4.3 Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon handover to the courier. We provide tracking details; customers must monitor shipment progress.

4.4 Delivery Issues: Claims for non-delivery must be raised within 48 hours of expected delivery date. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, images, trademarks, and product designs on this website are the property of Hind NX or our suppliers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of our product images for commercial purposes is prohibited without written consent.
